Longtime Bibb Judge Hangs Up Robes 13WMAZ After nearly 25 years on the bench, Probate Judge William J. Self has announced his retirement. In a press release Self says this is the final year of his current four year term and says he'll hang up his robes at the end of the year on Dec. 31.
