Lawsuit says woman fired for jury duty service Tullahoma News and Guardian A Manchester resident has filed a lawsuit for what she says was retaliation for her serving on jury duty. Andrea Vickers filed the suit in Coffee County Circuit Court against Home Health Care of Middle Tennessee, LLC under the Tennessee Jury Duty statute.
